Ricotta Raspberry "Moose"

Ricotta Raspberry "Moose" Recipe
(Showcased on Giada at Home)

15 oz of Ricotta Cheese
1/2 cup of Raspberry Jam
Mix together in a food processor until nice a smooth.
Mix 1 cup of whipping cream until thick.
Add 2 tbsp of Powdered Sugar
Continue Mixing until the whipping cream is stiff.
Fold into Ricotta mixture.
Put it in your favorite serving dish and let it cool in the fridge for an hour!
Enjoy!!
